  1. Looks like a pretty neat place. Very homey if you ask me :)

  2. This seems like a nice condo to rent. It is quite close to everything one needs.

  3. Bookmarked this post. We are planning kasi to visit Davao, early next year. Who knows can afford namin ang rent dito sa condo.

  4. now we have place to stay when we're in Davao.
    thank you for this post.

  5. Sadly I love nowhere near Palmetto Place. Haha! The way they organized their limited space is really good! Definitely applicable to my college course! :D

  6. Is this the place where you're living right now? Awesome! It's accessible to the establishments especially my school (PWC). I've witnessed the construction of these condominiums and they're getting better!

  7. The exterior of the place looks really colorful. It does make your stay a lot more colorful.

  8. An aboe with colorful facade and interiors too. It seems excellent for temporary stay or vacation.

  9. I'm a DMCI condo unit owner and I'm happy with this developer. I also recommend renting a condo over a hotel if you're visiting for longer than 3 days as it is more cost effective.

  10. Great! This will be very helpful when we come to Davao. Also if in the future that I'll know someone looking for a plca to live in Davao, I'll lead them to this page

  11. This is a nice investment/business too. I'll share this to friends who frequently visit Davao.

  12. Im going to Davao this November for Mt Apo climb..
I dont know if it would be practical fo a bunch of city dweller mountaineers to rent here..
    Nice option though!

Let's talk over a cup of coffee.
