How to Be Happy

The ultimate goal of every person is to be happy. No one wants to live every single day only to face sorrows and misfortunes. This is the reason why many of us are in pursuit of happiness. As much as possible, we would like to live a care-free life. However, this life is not fair and it will never be. We have to accept the fact that somewhere along the way, we may experience problems that will make us question "Why did this happen to me?" or in a more dramatic way, "Why, God? Why? Why?" During these difficult moments, it is important to remind ourselves that getting hurt, falling down and feeling a little low are parts of the game of life. These phases will teach us how to become better persons so we can inspire each other.

Below are some of the tips and tricks that each of us should remember in order to have a happy and fulfilled life.

1. Find something you love doing.
Instead of focusing all your energies into the things or persons that you hate, start to change your perspective and look for the ones that will make you feel in love. When you do this, you will begin to become more passionate about life giving you more chances to be happy.

2. Surround yourself with happy people.
Do not let other persons bring you down. Stop going out with the people who always have something to complain about their schools, works, relationships and families. They will take out all the positive energies in you allowing you to feel stressed or problematic. 

3. Learn how to play.
The most important key in being happy is knowing when to take life seriously and when not to. As much as possible, do not pressure yourself with all the things that you need to complete for a specific day, week or month. Take some time off to see your friends, party with them or even play exciting games.

4. Be adventurous.
Never be afraid in taking risks. Once in a while, it is good to try out new activities all by yourself or with the persons who matter to you. Whatever you have in mind right now, just do it.

5. Travel to new places.
You may have seen in movies that the main characters travel a lot so they can find the answers to their questions or run away from their problems or simply give themselves a chance to discover what other places has in store for them. Believe me or not, going to cities you have never been before can offer you a different kind of experience. The more you travel, the higher probability that you will become happier.
