Dream Wedding

Now that my graduation is fast approaching, my close friends are already teasing me about the possibility of getting married soon. According to them, I no longer need to find work or proceed with a post-graduate study because my current guy can take good care of me in case we would be settling down together after college.

Whenever they say these things, I always respond with a smile and explain to them that spending the rest of my life with the person I love is one of my ultimate dreams. However, planning my own wedding is not yet on the list of my priorities. But it is never too early to save up for the honeymoon by finding a good Orbitz coupon.

As of the moment, we want to enjoy life to the fullest and make the best out of it. We do not need to bind ourselves in marriage at a very young age because we still have many dreams to fulfill and opportunities to explore.

I just hope that when the right time comes for me to get married, the person who would be waiting for me on the altar is the same man that I am currently in a relationship with. Life is full of uncertainties and no one knows what might happen in the future.

How about you? Have you finally made up your mind and said yes to your lover's wedding proposal? Are you excited in taking marriage vows with the person you greatly admire? Make sure that you hire the best wedding event planner and wedding disc jockey in the city for your special day. These two professionals can set everything for the grand event. Best wishes!

  5. Before I said want to get married at the right time. Is there ever a right age or time of life to get married? Age is just a number. So I got married at the age of 25. But I realized maturity is the necessary key when it comes to getting married. Hirap pag mejo isip bata pa yung partner. So you're right, enjoy life to the fullest and make the best out of it.

  8. Aw! About those tips of hiring a wedding planner etc, Hindi para sakin. Lol! I was married that I did all the planning myself. Surreal! From the things to do, preparation, budgeting I did all that! And then working pa ko at the same time! It was so tiring and stressful, but you know it turned out great! Pati Kasi ceremony Ako ang nakialam. Lol! We can do that in our church ksi.

But anyway, yes don't rush dear Algene. You haven't tasted the happiness that life brings lalo na when you already have a job and enjoys your salary. Ay! Ako super na enjoy ko yan. Nakapunta ko sa mga lugarna di ko pa napuntahan. So Ajah! And soooo happy for u! Graduating na ang baby!

  12. Good. Better to wait than plunge into something prematurely. Ika nga ni Janet Jackson, "Let's wait awhile...." :))

In my case, I'm not the marrying type though I've been in the same relationship for 16 years now. And it's a monogamous relationship. :)

  18. It's beautiful to be in love. However, it comes with responsibility and maturity. You cannot just get married and file annulment the next day. You have so much to look forward to. Life after college is definitely the most challenging but exceptionally exciting time of your life. You still have a lot to share to the world alone. When you're married, you don't have the right to just think about yourself. You will be a wife and your priorities will change. Enjoy your life first. If boyfie truly loves you, he will definitely wait until you're ready. :) Goodluck.

  20. Congratulations! :) I used to think of settling down after graduation but the relationship ended badly so I guess I was thankful that we didn't rush into it? There's still a lot more to life and things to do while not married yet.. (Not that being married is a bad thing).

  21. That's right Gene! Bata ka pa, madami pa opportunities na naghihintay sayo. Just make the most of your single life first. Enjoy your youth first. Getting married is not just about the financial security. It's also about the emotional and mental preparedness. So just wait for the right time. :)

  27. This is unsolicited advice. Since you mention that life is full of uncertainties and no one knows what lies ahead in the future. I think it's better to plan it well in the present so that you're prepared for whatever uncertainties my happen in the long run. Since you're sure that your present BF is the right person for you, why not settle it the soonest possible time. Before anything else turns into awry.

  29. Wedding right after graduation? Nah! Definitely not a good idea. Marriage is something that you can't escape when you feel you don't like it anymore. Graduation shouldn't be a basis of it because the school of life just kicks off during this time. You are still young and you have to enjoy what it can offer while you are still single. Enjoy your freedom to do whatever you want to or go wherever you desire.

  31. take time to enjoy the corporate world and do things as single before getting married at least you will not have more "what ifs" in life...

  32. I think you should explore the non-student life as a single person. Iba din kasi yung may experienced ka on your own. That's just me ha. Kasi di mo naman kelangan madaliin yung marriage :)

  33. don't get married yet. do the things you want to do first. travel. reach for your dreams.

there's a whole lifetime waiting for you to settle down and have a family.

  34. Marriage is not a race. It will come in the right time. For me it would be great to enjoy life first being single and free from commitments esp. marriage.
